The new transfer…

This story continues to be an interesting one, to say the least.

The new blonde couple living next door have been giving me Samantha and Richard Wright vibes. They’re tall and fabulous, and every time I pass them, I hear them talking about business deals and PR meetings. (Yeah, I may get caught up eves dropping sometimes). They’re an interesting addition to this rather poor group of tenets, me included, that live here. I mean, none of us give off that “I have to spend money vibe”; we’re more a comfortable group of “My bills are paid, and maybe this week we’ll order a pizza.”

Suits me well. And Kayla loves the vibe; she’s been living here since last semester when she started school. Her starving artist vibe fits in here so perfectly. Despite everything going on in my life, I managed to knock out all my extra credits and graduate early. I guess I can thank COVID for all that home-time schooling; it’s the only thing that got me ahead, honestly. And It couldn’t have fallen into place at a better time. Home is not where I want to be these days, nor around the hometown either. I just feel like I need a break from it all, from everyone.

I want to start something new for myself and figure out who I am or who I want to be.

Can I still call myself a teen if I’m already in college and out of the house? I still feel like one some days. It’s only been a couple of weeks, Hell I haven’t even unpacked yet. Just my duffle bag of clothes.

On to new things.
